Q: How long would it take to receive the goods after order placed ?
A: Usually our production lead time is 30-35days, and it would take around 30days for sea shipment.
And 7-10 days for air shipment. For any stock fabric orders, the production lead time can be 15-25 days.
Q: Could I arrange for the goods inspections ?
A: Yes, it is recommended to do the 3rd party inspections before shipment. We will also do the random inspection for each PO per AQL 2.5 and AQL 4.0.
Q: Can I do the customized color and pattern ?
A: Yes, customized color and patterns are welcome.
Q: Can you help me to do the prototype before my order ?
A: Yes, we can do the samples before bulk production. We will also give our suggestions during the process to make sure it meets better with the requirement.
Q: Can l have a vedio meeting with you ?
A: Yes, it is great to have a Webex/Zoom or Wechat/Skype meeting talking face to face. We will also show you the new items in our show room.
